Summertime is in full swing and the 4th of July celebrations are just around the corner. And with this celebration, a little fanfare is in order…decorating with red, white, and blue to show our American pride; barbeques, festive foods, outdoor entertaining and more.
I love being creative and crafty (it’s in my DNA!) and I always try to create some sort of seasonal crafty decor, but my current schedule has left little time for me to enjoy these simple pleasures. So today, I’ll be sharing some great patriotic ideas with you from a few of my favorite bloggers that I follow. I hope you enjoy!
If you love a good (and free!) printable as much as I do, then you’ll love these!
I love the watercolor effect of Sweet Rose Studio’s American Flag. Don’t you?
I simply adore this Red, White, and Blue US Map by Moritz Fine Designs.
And this America the Beautiful by Landeelu is sure to be a crowd pleaser as well.
I love all of these patriotic printables, and think they could be used anytime, really. These could be used for Memorial Day, Labor Day, in your home throughout the year (if they work with your color scheme), and they would look especially great in a patriotic themed kid’s bedroom or game room. Which one is your favorite?
And just in case you’re looking for a sweet Red, White, & Blue treat…
Check out this cute and simple treat by The 36th Avenue.
One last thing…just in case you haven’t had time to be crafty (or perhaps you’re not crafty at all), I thought I would share some of my favorite Patriotic Decor finds with you. Well, that about wraps it up for now! I hope you have a fun and safe 4th of July!
Until next time…happy decorating!
